Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping delivery times:

All Beta Merch products are printed on demand. Our manufacturers take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Shipping times should be added on top of that.

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Speed and price depend on product type and destination. An average order will usually be shipped within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

Check your shipping confirmation and make sure you entered the correct address. If the address was entered incorrectly, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, contact us noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

Wrong Address:

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed:

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returns policy

Please contact us before returning any products! We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges, but will refund returns for the following situations…

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives damaged, then please contact us within one week of receiving your shipment and include photos showing all damage incurred.

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the garment’s purchase page sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

That means you'll have total control over how many emails you receive and how often you receive them. Adjust your settings, or unsubscribe at any time! Fine. See if we care.
